What process design toolsets does K2 provide?

Virtually all K2 components, including rules, forms, workflows and data integration points, are reusable across any application.

K2 allows you to configure data access to multiple third-party cloud and on-premises systems, without code, including: Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SQL Server, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle and Web services.

Can K2’s workflows incorporate data from file-sharing devices?

K2 allows you to integrate workflows easily with multiple file-sharing services like Box, Dropbox and Google Drive.

Can K2 support a variety of workflow step types?

K2 workflows can contain any combination of human steps (which are configurable) and system steps (which can include any number of actions). Both human and system steps have drill down properties. You can save your workflow steps and common functions as a template for sharing to reuse across many applications and departments.

K2 provides the ability for rich workflow process design, which includes the ability to execute looping, switch and/or parallel activities.

Users can receive email status updates and notifications when action is required, and complete workflow steps, all in their email client. K2 also provides an OOO feature that allows users to delegate their tasks to another user.
