SPAREBANKEN VEST

Since 1832, Sparebanken Vest has been providing financial services to private and corporate customers. It has 54 branches in western Norway and employs 800 people.

The bank conducted a competitive evaluation of several process automation solutions and selected K2. To date, more than 50 K2-based processes have been developed covering everything from mortgage and credit card applications to change of address requests.

ISLAND SAVINGS

After 10 years of rapid growth, Island Savings Credit Union was seeing increased mortgage volumes. As a result, more and more people were involved with these transactions, but the credit union's paper-based systems were time consuming and costly.

Island Savings now uses K2 to streamline every aspect of its mortgage origination process.
